Users should have to login before they can send tickets. This way the business/admin provides "Support" to "Clients" and can simply use another "Contact" form to answer general inquiries from curious site visitors who may not even want anything to begin with. {EDIT: I see the admin has the ability to set it where users can post without logging it or make it where they have to so, this is cool}

Needs the ability for clients to UPLOAD files for Admin and Admin can upload files for clients???
I really cant believe this feature was left out to begin with???

How can it truly be support with out upload ability???
