How to Install
1) Download and unzip the script package.
2) Upload the Subscription Form script on your server.
3) Edit script.php file and MySQL login details:
define('_DB_HOST', 'localhost');
define('_DB_NAME', 'DATABASE_NAME');
define('_DB_USER', 'DATABASE_USER');
define('_DB_PASS', 'DATABASE_PASSWORD');
4) open database.sql and import all MySQL queries in your database. MySQL table will be created where subscribers details will be saved.
5) Open the example web page index.html using any web browser.
