PHPJabbers has been acquired!

by PHPJabbers team /  Useful Resources

Dear clients and friends,

on behalf of the whole team at PHPjabbers, I want to share some great news with you!

PHPjabbers.com has been acquired by OnlineOnly, an Estonian based IT company.

The decision

For all these years, we’ve never relied on advertising and marketing to promote our products and services - we’ve always believed that word of mouth is the best source for new clients. However, in the last decade, the Internet changed a lot and just building quality apps and providing efficient support service is not enough anymore. With the increasing number of competitors from all over the world, being able to promote your products and services became a must for our business to succeed. We needed to find a way to stay on top, where we’ve always been. For this to happen we had to find someone who is strong where our skills lack - online marketing. I had to take the difficult decision to hand PHPJabbers to someone who can boost it again and OnlineOnly seemed to be the perfect company.

What’s ahead

We agreed with the management at OnlineOnly to continue operating the business with the development and support teams you already know. Kosta, Maya, Maria, Paco, Deni, Alex will continue to serve you and you will see no changes in working with the team and still receive the highest level of support service you’ve always received!

All payments, regular orders and payments for custom projects, will be made to OnlineOnly payment accounts - PayPal, Bank Accounts. Stripe is now also supported. StivaSoft will no longer accept payments for the PHPJabbers orders.

In the coming months, we expect to massively increase the popularity of PHPjabbers which will allow us to continue upgrading our products and even add new ones to our portfolio. So stay tuned!

The last 15 years have been an absolutely incredible journey and I am excited about what the future holds at stake for us. In the next 15 years, we expect to continue to develop along with our clients’ needs. Thank you for doing business with us!

Yours sincerely,

Veselin Stoilov

So is this merger the reason I do not get a response from PHPJabbers on my several attempts to contact user service to look at my problem with my Vacation Booking Calendar script that can not handle the upgrade from PHP V7,4 to V8.0.? Despite having paid for a new ticket.

Congratulations on you EXIT. Where is the article in the press sharing what they paid you. I am disappointed and disgusted that you cared so little for me as a customer so as to let this expire, without telling me. Is that the kind of support I can expect?
Why am I paying $10/month for 100 SMS when i can have it hard coded so it works for free here in the USA? I did it for all these many moths to support Stiva.
My program and web developer wil review the dev code and set it up so it works for free.
I do not ned to spend $44 USD at this time.
Thanks.
Doc
