Out of office: Easter and other holidays

Out of office Easter 2016

Dear Jabbers,

It’s time for some rest and a collective spring resurrection! Our customer support agents will be on a well-deserved vacation on Good Friday, April 29th and Easter Monday, May 2nd. Just like all other Eastern Orthodox countries, this year Bulgaria celebrates Easter five weeks later than the Catholic part of the world. So be aware that our services will be limited on these days and tickets may be answered more slowly than usual.

We are getting back on track on Tuesday, 3rd May and will be fully operational up until Friday, May 6th when we are celebrating St. George’s Day, also known as the Day of the Bulgarian Army. You won’t be able to reach us since most of us will be marching on the streets.

The springtime feasts are by far not over for us. On May 23rd and 24th we are going to be off again on occasion of the Bulgarian Culture and Literacy Day. This is yet another good chance for us to leave PHP coding behind, get back to real life and start reading books again.

Out of office dates:

April 29
May 2, 6, 23, 24

May 14, Saturday

Now that you know why we love May so much, you will probably feel the sudden urge to move to Bulgaria. You’d better wait until the summer, though. And don’t envy or miss us too much - we are catching up on Saturday, May 14th. So feel free to reconnect and make it a more challenging day!

Thank you for your patience and stay tuned for more updates! Don't forget you can contact us anytime!
