Many Backend UI Touch-ups
There is a number of small backend improvements. Some of them can only be recognized by users who are familiar with the previous versions of Ticket Support Script. So let's highlight the more important changes:
- Tickets menu - now you can filter tickets by status using a simple dropdown menu
- Clients menu - we've added quick links to customer's tickets in each client profile
- File types - support system admins can specify the file types allowed for upload from the Options menu
