Rentals Listing Management A web based vacation rental software for publishing vacation rentals in a classified way. With this vacation rentals script it's easy to manage online vacation property classifieds without any programming skills. Through an easy to use admin page you can add/edit or delete an unlimited number of vacation property listings, manage listing details and options.
Add a Property Feature
Site administrators have the option to allow or disallow website users to add properties online. To add a vacation property user have to create an owner account first. Owner accounts may be confirmed by default or may required confirmation.
Owners will be able to add and manage properties online through the vacation rental listing script back-end simply by logging in their accounts and following an intuitive user friendly tab interface.
Property Details Page Full property details page includes: vacation rental summary, full description, image gallery, feature set, map locator, prices for different periods, contact and address details, availability calendar and booking form request.
Advanced Search A built-in search engine in our vacation rental software allows website users to search for vacation property rentals using multiple criteria: property type, number of bedrooms and/or bathrooms, floor area, availability, number of adult and/or children.
Admin Access Level Only the administrators of the property rental software have full access to the listing software options and settings, can see and manage all holiday property classified ads, add extras and property features, manage users, change user accounts confirmation settings, choose layer, currency and number of property classifieds per page.
Owner and Editor Access Level
Holiday property owners should create owner accounts in order to add their own property listings, edit property details and manage reservations.
Editors can edit listings and vacation rental details.
Reservation Module The vacation rental software allows users to send reservation requests to property owners and listing administrators. Through the rental software administration panel admins and owners can edit reservation details, change the booking status or add reservations manually.
Custom Prices With our holiday rental software you can add different prices for different calendar dates or periods. You can change prices at anytime through the back-end or owner account. All prices will be shown on the property details page, so bookers will be aware of the rental season or holiday prices.
Availability Calendar The property rental software has built-in availability calendar for each vacation rental shown on holiday property details page. This calendar shows available and booked dates for the vacation property rental. The availability calendar will change automatically each time a reservation is confirmed or cancelled.
Google Maps Integration Our holiday rental script has Google Maps embedded into the listings to show the vacation rental address on the map. To use Google maps you need to obtain Google Maps API Key and add it to the required field on the Options page at the script administration panel.
Booking Terms Booking terms feature is available for each listing. Booking terms are individual for each property rental and may be added when owner or administrator add a vacation rental classified ad.
Booking Contact Form
Dynamic booking form for each listing is available for website visitors who want to request information or make a reservation. Visitors can send reservation to the property owners directly from the listing page. Our vacation rental reservation software has spam protection and Javascript validation.
Photo Gallery
Vacation Rental Script has lightbox gallery view on the front-end for more intuitive user experience when browsing the vacation rental photos.
Through the back-end add an unlimited number of photos to your listing. You can switch an image off without deleting it from the server.
Type & Extras Management Users with administrator level of access to the vacation rental software admin panel have full control over the property types and extras. Only administrators can add new property types and extras or edit/delete the existing ones.
Featured Properties Option Users with administrator level of access to the property rental script back-end can manage the number of featured properties allowed and change the status of all vacation property rentals.
Multiple Currency Support Only users with administrator level of access to our real estate rental software admin panel can change the default currency.
Translate & Customize the Layout
Translate both the front-end and the back-end of the vacation rentals script simply by editing an external plain text language file.
As an administrator you can change the layout of the listing pages choosing between 3 available layouts from the back-end or apply different CSS styles to change the appearance of the pages.
