The Vacation Rental Script needs some changes and several added functionalities to be a really complete and 'business usable' script:

1. There are more than 3 languages. The option to use the front end and back end in other languages should be available by localisation files.

2. In the property update screen / Summary:
-The amount of adults and children can be configured? A room is part of the property, persons are not. This info is very confusing, especially in the front end.
-The metrics are shown as 'sq.m', in all 3 languages in the front end.
-A (graphic) floor plan would be a valuable add to this configuration screen.

3. In the property update screen / Extras:
-There is no option to add your own features. If a property has a real usp, this can not be advertised.

3. In the property update screen / Owner:
-Labels of address details that are not specified, should not be visible.
-The email address must! be masked to avoid spam email. Even much better is to use a small emailform to contact the owner with questions.
-Optional fields for Facebook, Twitter etc.

4. In the property update screen / Prices:
-The prices are now configured in days. Vacation properties are rented out in weeks, weekends and midweeks, usually not in days. What needed is price configuration for these periods. Preferably the booking form only accepts bookings for these periods too.
-Optional configuration of 'last minute' prices for a certain period is very usable.

5. In the property update screen / Bookings:
-The payment options are not configurable and an other option can not be added. In many cases the payment of a booking is done by (invoice) bank transfer.
-Booked, but not yet paid bookings are not shown in the calendar.
-The first option 'Send email to' is unclear, what is send and when?
-The minimum and maximum booking length is not needed when weeks, weekend and midweek is used

5. In the property update screen / Terms & conditions:
-To style these important messages, a wysiwyg editor is nice or at least mention the option that html code can be used.

Options:
- There seems to be no option to configure the Meta tags per object. For search engines important!

Several other options and improvements pop my mind but I'll leave it at this :-)
