Add, Edit & Delete Vacation Packages Through an easy to use admin panel of our travel script you can add and manage an unlimited number of vacation packages and travel deals. You can add/edit or delete listings, manage featured listings and vacation packages owners.
User Group Access There are three groups with different level access to the travel website script administration panel - administrators, owners and editors. Administrators have full access to the script back-end, listing details and options. They can assign roles and grant different access level to users.
Owner and Editor Access
With our travel portal software owners can access only their own listings. They can add vacation packages, edit their listing details or delete them. Owners can see visitors' enquiries for the travel deals they have added.
Website editors have assess to all added vacation packages, can edit and delete them. They cannot add vacation packages and they don't have access to the travel script options.
Online Enquiries
Our travel script can be used as a travel reservation system through built in dynamic reservation enquiry form for each listing, which allows website visitors to request information or make a reservation. Website visitors send their enquires to the vacation package publisher and the administrator.
The script has automatic email notifications feature. The emails' subject and body text can be customized by the administrator. Also spam protection and Javascript validation are included.
Multiple Criteria Filter Advanced filter at the front-end allows users to filter vacation packages and travel deals by multiple criteria. Using the multi criteria filter visitors can browse only the packages that matching all the selected criteria simultaneously.
Advanced Search Engine Advanced search engine is built into the travel portal software front-end to handle multi-criteria search queries. The same search engine can be used by administrators in the back-end when they look for a certain property ad to be edited.
Vacation Package Details Trough our travel agency CMS script you can add vacation package description, availability, rating, location, booking terms and prices by seasons. Upload as many images as you want to the gallery, show owner details and turn on/off Google map locator.
Photo Gallery Lightbox gallery view on the front-end for more intuitive user experience when browsing the photos. Through the travel website script back-end add an unlimited number of photos to your listing. You can switch an image off without deleting it from the server.
WYSIWYG Editor MS Word like editor integrated into the travel portal software provides users with rich text editing and formatting when adding travel deals and vacation packages description.
Google Maps Integration Google Maps integration with our travel agency script. Vacation package addresses are directly shown on the map. Owners and editors should only select the Show on Map option when adding a property and a map locator will automatically show on vacation package details page.
Package Type, Features & Countries Only users with an administrator level of access can manage the available package types, property features and countries. After adding them to the system user who add a vacation package can assign the available types, features and countries to the listing.
Customize the Listing Script Through the Vacation Packages Listing script back-end administrators can change date format, default currency, items per page and the number of the allowed featured listings and also customize the automatic emails sent to users, etc.
Translate & Change Layout
Translate both the front-end and the back-end of the travel agency script simply by editing an external plain text language file.
Using an external CSS files you can easily change the look of the listing pages so they blend with the other pages and styles on your travel website.
