John Redman I purchased the Stiva Blog script from this company and ended up having to contact their support team to assist me with the installation; that's not a reflection on the script by the way; I'm not very 'techy'.
Not only did they install it but they have since incorporated the blog script into my web pages. I have requested they install an additional 'custom ticket support center' to make my site as professional as any 'up market' site out there.
Support is lightening fast; they say on their site that support is available 16 hours a day, I don't believe this its more like 24 hours....
I cannot fault their service....
