Not only did they install it but they have since incorporated the blog script into my web pages. I have requested they install an additional custom 'online help desk' to make my site as professional as any 'up market' site out there.
Support is lightening fast; they say on their site that support is available 16 hours a day, I don't believe this its more like 24 hours....
