My name is Cliff Smith from Canada. I recently purchase the STIVA Shopping Cart to set up a client so he could maintain his own shopping cart with ease and accessibility. This STIVA shopping cart exceedingly meets that criteria. I was very impressed with the basic cart but required more features for this specific application. I contacted Support, gave them my optional requirements. They replied very shortly with an acceptable and very reasonable quote (even with the 9 time zones between us!) before I purchased the shopping cart. Support made sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction before I made my purchase. Upon approval of the quote, Veselin created exactly what I needed... and when he said it would be done ? it was! Outstanding!! I have purchased other shopping cart programs and because they didn't meet the requirements of what I needed and were not customizable, I never used them. Great service and a terrific product! As a newcomer to web development and with very little understanding of php, I purchased your shopping cart script. Any time I asked a question or asked for help the sevice team at PHPjabbers were there. I asked for some alterations to the script to suit the purposes of my client and they were done at a very reasonable price. The inclusion of the Australia post calculator was a great idea and it works so well. My client was very satisfied. Am very happy with the original product and the modifications.
