I was very impressed with the basic cart but required more features for this specific application.
I contacted Support, gave them my optional requirements. They replied very shortly with an acceptable and very reasonable quote (even with the 9 time zones between us!) before I purchased the shopping cart. Support made sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction before I made my purchase.
