We offer Stiva™ GALLERY script under two different licensing options: User and Developer. With the Developer licence you can download the full PHP source codes and use the gallery script on all the websites that you build for your clients. You are also allowed to make your own amendments to the PHP gallery script. With the User Licence you receive Zend Guard encrypted files but you are not allowed to modify the PHP gallery code.

Yes, you can do this at any time. You will only pay the difference between the User and the Developer licences.
