I have been using these PHPjabbers guys for quite some time now. Every time I get a client that requests something out or the ordinary - that my own HTML, CSS and basic PHP skills is not capable of handling - I turn to these guys. And they very often come up with great solutions, and certainly also affordable ones. And the affordable prices makes my company very competitive in my market.
