1. What do I need to use this Multi User Availability Calendar?

In order to run the MySQL based Availability Calendar your web server needs to support PHP v4.1 or more and MySQL v3 or more.

2. Does it have an installation script?

Yes, there is an installation script which will automatically install the Multi User Availability Calendar for you. All you have to do is to edit it using text editing software such as notepad and set the correct login details for your MySQL server.

3. I cannot install it, can you please help me?

Yes, we offer free installation support. Please, make sure that your server supports PHP and MySQL before trying to install the script.

4. Is it difficult to set up the Multi User Availability Calendar? How do I do this?

Once you install the Multi User Availability Calendar all you have to do is to login your administration area. You can create as many calendars as you want and set different login details for each of them. Via a web form you can set the status for each date (booked / available). Once you do this an HTML code will be generated for you. You should put this HTML code on your web page.

5. On how many web sites can I use the Multi User Availability Calendar?

You can install the Multi User Availability Calendar script on as many web sites as you want. However, you cannot resell the script. If you want to sell this script please contact us and we will discuss all the options.

6. Can I show the whole year instead of a single month?

Yes, with version 2.2 you can now choose between single month view or 12 months view.

You can set the colors for each calendar via the Settings section at your master administration page . The calendar uses HTML color codes which you can also select using the small pop-up next to each color code box.

Yes, you can set calendar size via the Settings section at your master administration page .

9. How do I change the username and password for my administration area?

You can edit the calendar-options.php file using a plain text editing software such as notepad and change your login details.

10. Can I allow different people manage their own calendars?

Yes, when creating a calendar using the master administration page you can set login details for each calenar. You can give login details to someone and using the user administration page he/she can manage calendar availability.

11. Do you make custom changes?

Yes, we can make any custom change to the administration area. If you need a custom change do not hesitate to contact us and we will give you a quote.

12. What is included with the package that I buy?

When buying the calendar you receive - installation file, master administration file, user administration file, calendar flash file (.swf), php data reading file and a help.html file.

13. Do you offer a refund?

Before buying the calendar please make sure that your web server supports PHP and MySQL. The administration pages and the Multi User Availability Calendar are absolutely the same as the ones that you are going to buy. We sell the source code for the administration pages and .swf file (files needed to create an availability calendar) and this is why we usually do not offer refunds. However, in special cases (for some reason unable to load the calendar on server which supports PHP and MySQL) we issue refunds.
