I love this product. It was very easy to install and customize. It would be great if you added a "canned responses" section. Where the operators could select a response from a list and click on it to be their reply to a ticket....
It would be great if you had a drop down box where we could store canned responses to choose from to answer helpdesk tickets...
I would really like to see the post that are in an open support ticket be reversed in order. Currently when someone has replied to my ticket I have to scroll all the way to the bottom to read it. I think it would be much more efficient if the latest post was at the top. You could either move up the reply box as well or just have a link at the top that takes you down to the b...
