1. What do I need to use this Flash Event calendar?
In order to use the PHP / MySQL based Flash Event Calendar on your website your web server needs to support PHP v4 or more and MySQL v3 or more.
2. How does installation work?
There is an installation script which will automatically install the Event Calendar for you. All you have to do is to edit configuration file using text editing software such as notepad and set the correct login details for your MySQL server. Then you should upload the files and open this installation script using your web browser. It will create the MySQL database tables needed. Having troubles... send us FTP and MySQL login details for your website and we will do it for free!
3. Where are calendar data and files hosted, my or your web servers?
All data and files are hosted on your web server. The script does not depend on our server and you have full control over it.
4. On how many websites can I use the calendar?
You can install the Flash Event Calendar script on as many web sites as you want. However, you cannot resell the script. If you want to sell this script please contact us and we will discuss all the options.
5. Is there a limit for the calendars I create?
You can create unlimited amount of calendars. Each calendar that you generate has its own unique HTML code which you should use.
6. Can I have multiple calendars on same web page?
Yes, you can have as many calendars as you want on the same web page.
7. Should I update web page HTML code when I change the calendar via the administration page?
No, you should not do this. Once on your web page, the calendar can be edited using the administration page at any time.
8. Can I change font and use links and images in calendar?
Yes, you can use basic HTML code:
test message- normal text
<b>test message</b> - text in bold
<font face="Courier New">test message</font> - font changed to Courier New
<u>test message</u> - underline text
<i>test message</i> - italic text
<font color="#FFAACC">test message</font> - text in color

9. Can I change the calendar colors and size?
You can set the colors that you want via the Settings section at your administration area.
10. Do you make custom changes?
Yes, we can make any custom change to the administration area. If you need a custom change do not hesitate to contact us.
11. What is included with the package that I buy?
When buying the calendar you receive - installation file, administration file, option file, calendar flash file (.swf, not .fla), php data reading file and help file.
12. Do you offer a refund?
Before buying the calendar please make sure that your web server supports PHP and MySQL. The administration area and the Event calendar are absolutely the same as the ones that you are going to buy. We sell the source code for the administration area and .swf file (files needed to create an event calendar) and this is why we usually do not offer refunds. However, in special cases (for some reason unable to load the calendar on server which supports PHP and MySQL) we issue refunds.
