Online Car Hire Booking A powerful car rental booking system which can be integrated into any rent-a-car website offering car hire and rental services. A simple step-by-step online booking process which lets people select pick-up and return date, times and location.
Car Management Integrated car management module provides facilities for administrators to manage vehicle details, available extras, prices and car types. Car management module is integrated into the car rental system back-end allowing full control over the car types and car extras.
Booking Manager The core module of the rent a car software provides administrators with full control over the car rental booking process. You can manage all the reservations, car availability, default booking status, booking terms and options, currency, deposit payments and tax fee.
Payment Module Built-in payment module allows you to easily process transactions online using either PayPal or Authorize.net. In addition you can collect credit card details for offline payment. Contact us if you need integration with another payment processing company.
Car Filter AJAX is used for the front-end interface so you can filter results by car type, view car rental locations, select car type and extras, submit booking details and pay for the reservation made.
Google Map Integration Google map is integrated into the front-end of the car hire script so that people can locate the available pickup locations on the map. Use the administration page to manage addresses, contact details and opening times for each pick up location.
Smart Calculations Total amount due is calculated based on user selection - number of days, car type, extras. The user can add or remove extras and will see the total amount and the amount of the deposit payment, if required. All prices and taxes can be managed easily through the car rental software administration page.
Advanced JavaScript Coding AJAX is used to refresh the rent-a-car script without reloading the entire web page, so content loads a lot faster. Advanced JavaScript validation is performed on user input before sending the data to the database.
Editable Booking Terms Booking terms and conditions can be easily managed by an administrator through the car rental script back-end. Car rental booking terms are available for the user and an agreement check box before checking out has to be checked.
Email Auto Responder Send automatic email messages to your clients when a booking is made and paid. Tokens are available so that you can individualise message body text and subject. In addition, we can add an extra SMS notification function to your car hire system.
