Simple CMS Version: 4 Posted by Bob Young | 0 Replies
I regularly use SimpleCMS and my clients appreciate its ease of use compared to other more elaborate cms solutions. Two things I believe would dramatically improve its ease of use from the developers point of view:
1) Either an installation wizard that automatically creates a data base, or inclusion in the Fantastico and Scriptilicious auto-installers
2) Show all sections in a single list (no pages) and make the list of sections sortable by drag and drop or by keyboard-up or down clicks.
Thanks and keep up the good work.

Hello Veselin - great product - using it in several sites. Would it be possible to add a browser previewer to see how changes made in the page section editing window will look before saving to the data base? I imagine it would require recognition of the css files for the site. That url (local or online) could be entered by the user....
