Multi calendar support with own administration page
Besides the multiple calendar supported by default we can also make a separate login page where each calendar owner can manage their own calendar. When you create 10 calendars you can give login details for each of the calendars to 10 different people and each of them will be able to manage their own calendar. This is quite useful if you have a website where people list their rental accommodations and each one manages their own calendar.
Different prices based on number of nights/days booked
If you want to set discounts based on the number of days or nights booked we can modify the price page to allow this. Instead of setting a single price for each date you can specify what the price should be for example if 3 nights/days are booked, if 5 nights/days are booked, etc...
Different prices based on number of people accommodated
For hotel owners it is often mandatory to be able to specify prices based on number of people who will rent their accommodation. We can modify the price page so you can specify day/night price based on the number of people who rent the accommodation. (for example price can be $100 per adult, but $180 for 2 adults or $250 for an adult and a kid, and so on.)
Extra fields on the booking form
Although we've tried to include most popular booking form fields you may still need something else. So if you need an extra field added we can do it for a reasonable fee.
Disable bookings for a certain date
To disable bookings for a certain date currently you should manually add a reservation for this date. We can add a custom functionality to the calendar that will allow you to disable bookings for a certain date or date range. (Sunday for example when your office is closed) and people will not be able to place bookings.
Week bookings
A small number of our clients rent accommodations on a weekly basis. This means that people should be able to book only weeks. We can make a custom change for you so people can only book a certain number of days and starting from specific dates. For example, to book only one week starting from Monday to Sunday.
Availability search feature for Multi Calendar support
Clients often ask us if it is possible to have a page where you can select start and end dates and also a page where they can find the available calendars for selected date range. The answer is 'Yes, we've done this too'.
