PHP Random Quote Generator
I have a php script that is a random quote generator. What it does is it selects a quote randomly from a txt file. But you also can write your own quote and it is suppose to write it to the txt file. Now someone told me that in order for it to work, I would have to fix the quotes.txt because it does not have newline ending for the last line.

What did they mean?
